Learn how to shop and prep for two meals at once, using seasonal produce and bold flavors. Fresh, simple and make-ahead recipes perfect for the Summertime. 

The class is hands-on, you will be able to participate and learn basic cooking techniques and ideas on how to adapt both recipes to vegetarian entrees or gluten-free options.
